I'm Raquel, a proud Dominican American. I walk alongside women at pivotal moments in their lives offering spiritual insight and grounded support as they make soul-aligned decisions.
I spent decades trying to follow the paths I was supposed to take, proving my worth in the workforce and through the accumulation of academic degrees. I strove, I achieved, and kept doing until my body said, “nah, no more though.”
That moment sparked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to well-being in all its forms: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. All of it led me to more intuitive work, gathering a certification in energy coaching and becoming an Akashic Records reader.
My work is shaped by years of personal practice, embodied spiritual experience, and one-on-one support with women navigating change. I believe clarity comes not from urgency, but from presence and that the most sustainable decisions are made when we are deeply connected to ourselves.
Sacred Thresholds is not about fixing you or forcing change. It’s a space to be met and witnessed so you can create the conditions for clarity and move in integrity to your own values. You don’t have to rush or perform. And, you certainly don’t have to cross this threshold alone. But you do have to be willing to listen and act on what you hear. There are no requirements, come as you are, wherever you are in your spiritual journey. There is no specific faith-system assigned to the records, they are a dimension of consciousness that has been referenced in spiritual texts across millennia. At no point will you be guided to follow a particular religion or way of being. These readings will meet you where you're at so that you can be given the most supportive guidance you specifically need.

Your spiritual team is available to support you through any particular moment you're moving through. I believe they're waiting for you to call on them to receive that support. So yes, to an extent, I believe this can support nearly anyone at any crossroads related to their personal or professional lives.
However, in an effort to be an ethical channeler and coach, I will say this is not therapy. I always encourage clients to have a full-range of support in their lives. t's a mixture of both! You'll receive a reading at the start of our journey and then you'll receive coaching to integrate it into your life. Often, we may receive a lot of spiritual guidance or intuitive hits but we don't always apply it or know what to do with it. This is the space that merges both so that you may feel a sense of momentum and attunement to the spiritual guidance you've received.

You'll be invited to use your workbook to reflect on our time together and use it as a guide to support you with integration. I'm also available to support you on a community platform that hosts all the clients I’m currently working with.

Great question! This is unique to each person! Some folks are working on "doing" more and taking action while others are working on "being" more. No matter which you are, at the end of each session you will have a clear sense of next steps for you that are personally tailored to your needs.
